Fee Structure and Payment Timeline
Permit fees vary depending on the event type, size, and services required. Use the Fee Estimator Tool on Tacoma Permits to calculate approximate fees. Payment is due at least 30 days before the event. Permits with unpaid fees will not be issued.

Call the Permit Center at 253.591.5030 to pay by credit card
Pay in person at the Tacoma Municipal Building, Room 345 (open Mon-Thurs, 9 AM-1 PM; please call ahead to confirm hours)
