How to set up an account in ACCELA

Requirements for Application Submission

Each event type has a set of required documents needed to apply. Select the event type below to see what documents will be required. Additional items may be required depending on the scope of an event.

- Constitutionally Protected Events
- Route Map, if a procession or march is taking place
- Certified Traffic Control Plan (TCP), if closing a street or sidewalk
- Site Map, if activating area outside of route
- Insurance
  - A waiver of insurance can be requested in writing to Tacoma Venues & Events
- Evidence of Public Notification
