Tacoma Venues and & Events ® (TVE) enriches and advances Tacoma’s quality of life and economic vitality through premier public venues, arts, cultural and entertainment opportunities. TVE is responsible for special events, sports, entertainment, education, and meeting venues within the City of Tacoma, including the Tacoma Dome, Greater Tacoma Convention Center (GTCC), Cheney Stadium, Pantages, Rialto Theaters, and Theater on the Square. The venues host a diverse slate of concerts, performances, sporting events, meetings, conventions, consumer shows, and community celebrations.

GUEST SERVICES TEAM

The guest services team performs a variety of duties at various city-operated venues such as fielding event and facility inquiries on the phone and in person during event time, providing travel and parking directions, or providing information on tickets and seating for public events. The guest services team also acts as hosts in multiple premium guest areas by welcoming guests and providing customer service to the area. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment. They enjoy working with a wide variety of people, take initiative, value inclusivity, and are inspired by their community.
